Having originally come from a blue-chip corporate background and having spent the last 20+ years in SAAS start ups and scale ups, I saw a big gap in skills and knowledge between founder-led businesses and more mature, scaling businesses. I realized my skills and experience fill that gap to de-risk and accelerate predictable, repeatable revenues.
I have over 30 years commercial B2B sales in large corporate such as Hewlett Packard and Microsoft and the last 23 years I have been through 4 scale ups and exits, delivering returns of over $600 million to shareholders and founders.

I am a member of several fractional exec networks including CxO Lab and have access to proven skills across areas such as CFOs, HR, CTO and other key areas for growing businesses.
Many of these people I have worked with before in successful scale-up tech businesses.
My role is to orchestrate and execute strategic initiatives that identify untapped revenue streams, bring clarity to revenue drivers and target PPP and remove what is not effective. It also involves defining sales processes as well as setting up tools such as CRM and associated measurement and reporting.
It is crucial to set up, refine and delve into data analytics and predictive forecasting, providing a solid foundation for well-informed decision-making. You should know your pipeline metrics and exactly how much you are spending on sales and marketing, your Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and how much you need to spend on sales and marketing to drive revenue growth. By keeping track of a few key metrics, supported by the right tools and sales processes, I can provide data-driven insights to help an organization build Scalable Revenue.
I help support founders and CEOs in their sales and marketing team leadership. I can manage and drive sales pipeline, account planning, deal progression. I support HR and talent teams in the selection and candidate interview process as well as onboarding and sales training.
Having effective, engaging, targeted content for the right audience using the right methods to drive pipeline from MQLs to discovery calls and SQLs is critical to growing a healthy pipe.
I work closely with marketing teams to devise and execute effective pipe generation right from the website, through to target market definitions, contact and target methods right through to content and webinars.
Having been through the process several times myself, I support founders and CEOs through the capital raising process from identification of the right types of potential funds, (VC, Angels, PE, tech funds etc), through to preparing and refining pitch decks as well as support in pitch meetings and preparation of key forecast and pipeline documents.
